OrgSignal Briefing
Organizational signals

Briefings people can act on.

OrgSignal turns retrospectives and delivery reports into a clear view of recurring risks, strengths, and whether agreed actions are making a difference.

Guided demo. Synthetic data. Not a self-service SaaS yet.

Diagnosis

Knowledge of delivery risks and friction already exists. It does not always reach the people making the decisions.

Local silos

Risks and blockers surface in retrospectives and delivery reports, but often remain within local conversations, presentations, and boards.

Hidden costs

Recurring problems are easy to accept as part of day-to-day work until they begin to affect pace, quality, or engagement.

Missing feedback loop

Without a shared view, it is hard to tell which actions made a difference and which still need discussion or a decision.

OrgSignal brings these signals into one view: where risk is growing, what is working well, and whether agreed actions are leading to change.

How it works

From team input and delivery reports to a briefing that helps you act.

OrgSignal combines anonymous observations from retrospectives with delivery reports, recognizes recurring patterns, and shows where a decision or further action is needed.

Retrospectives show the teams’ perspective. Delivery reports show the perspective of the people accountable for execution.

What happened to the agreed actions? Completion, overdue, and change.

Leaders get a focused view of what keeps recurring, where it occurs, and whether earlier action is changing anything.

Trust

OrgSignal focuses on patterns and working conditions, not on evaluating people.

The analysis surfaces recurring signals across teams and the organization without ranking individuals or managers.

OrgSignal does not replace conversations with teams. It helps prepare for them, revisit earlier agreements, and show that the observations teams share lead to further action.

Systemic perspective

Shows patterns in how work gets done, how teams collaborate, and the conditions around delivery.

Anonymization

Protects contributors and reduces the risk of identifying individuals from isolated observations.

Better conversations

Provides context for discussion and decisions instead of evaluating performance.

Teams at the center

Helps teams return to the observations they raised and see what happened next.

Built by a practitioner with years of experience in complex financial systems.

In larger organizations, a problem is often felt by one team, but can only be solved somewhere else. OrgSignal was created to shorten that distance.

Bartosz Cichecki is building OrgSignal after 13 years of working on financial systems. He believes that people closest to the daily work often see problems first. OrgSignal is designed to make sure their signals do not disappear on the way up, but reach the people making decisions before problems become costly.
